Това са преведени на английски тестове в престижното френско списание за уиндсърф Planchemag.
Превода е от френски на английски, ще се опитам скоро да ги преведа на български:

The Loft Lip Wave 4.7 pvc version test results Planchemag France Feb-March 2008

Translation to English by Yann Terrien

From the wave test summary:
"Softer, the Naish Session 4,5, Neil Pryde Combat 4,5, Loft Lip 4,7 PVC and North Ice 4,5 have sail shape positioned more to the front, which gives an absolute neutrality in the surf and softness for loop landing."

Lip Wave Test headline:
"Softly absorbs the gusts"

"The Lip 2008 is still one of the strongest built of this category, 96% x-ply and a good proportion of Kevlar. It's also available in a full x-ply version, with a (really) small PVC panel. There's an an additional eyelet for the outhaul.
On the water, the Lip is a good average in terms of power. Because the mast sleeve is a bit larger than on the other wave sails, the Loft Sails offers a bit of elasticity on the front which is really confortable when you start planning, and above all a really good rotation of the profile around the RDM mast.
Concerning the sensations, it's a great compromise between nervousness and softness, for an improved wind range utilisation. The strong point of the sail is the way the leech opens to softly absorb the gusts and unbalances due to choppy water.
As a bonus, it's one of the fastest sails in on-shore wind conditions, so we could even use this sail as a Freewave or Freeride (for strong winds) sail. If the wind drops down, we can easily gain some power by releasing the outhaul, and the sail is still really stable in the stronger gusts. You can really feel that overal stability while surfing. We have softness, a good neutrality during the action, and the sail delivers power when we need it.
To resume, it's a very versatile wave sail meant for a lot of different people in different conditions.

Tester's opinion: A really stable sail, really pleasant to use thanks to the way the leech works. The twist is in the right place, we always have power and it's easy to get the sail neutral in the wave.
To conclude, it suits the widest range of conditions."

The Loft O2 Freeride 6.6 2008 tes results Planchemag France Feb-March 2008

Translation to English by Yann Terrien

On Test:  Gaastra Matrix, Gun Flash, Hot Sails Speeddemon, Naish Sprint, Pryde Hellcat, North XType, Severne NCX, Simmer XType 2, The Loft O2 Freeride.

Sails earning "PM Coup de Couer (Heart-throb)": The Loft O2 Freeride, Severne NCX, Gun Flash.

From the race test summary:
"For those who are looking for elastic sails that absorb softly should look to the Hot Sails Speeddemon, North X-type, Severne NCX 6.5 and The Loft O2 Freeride 6.6."

O2 Freeride 6.6. Test headline:
"Impressive neutrality"

"New design for 2008, the O2 features 7 battens, only one under the boom, 70% of x-ply and really good rienforcements. It's the only sail that is recommended for a RDM mast, but a SDM also works really well.
One of the flattest sails in the body, the wind shapes the curve of the sail which delivers a moderate power to start the planing. The faster we go, the more we feel an energy in the profile that permits very strong accelerations.
Better, It's the sail of the group that requieres less physical strength. The profile is autoregulated as no other sail in this group. The sail is of flat profile, nervertheless it delivers enough power to keep planing between the gusts and to go upwind. Its confort and performances really strikes out when the wind gets stronger. The sail is not getting out of control in the strong gusts, and never pulls too much on the back hand, even when we are completely overpowered with the other sails. Every gust is neutralized!
Concerning the handiness, the flat profile and neutrality of the sail reduce the power and make it really fast and efficient in the jibes. We've been impressed by this sail for years now, this 2008 version is no exception.

Tester's opinion:
Really flat, a bit shape forward, we are surprised by the support that the sail gives: it sits back in the wind and autopilots itself. At last, it's awesome in choppy waters, we are less shaken than with the O2 than with the other sails."

The Loft Blade 6,8 2008 Blade test results Planchemag France Feb-March 2008

Translation to English by Yann Terrien

On test: Gun Sails Mega XS, MauiSails TR4, North Warp F2008, Severne Code Red 3, The Loft Blade, Gaastra Vapor

Sails earning "PM Coup de Couer (Heart-throb)": The Loft Blade, Gaastra Vapor, North Warp F2008.

From the race test summary:
"For those who are looking for something different, the Loft Blade has a light, manoeuvrable and soft feeling much better than any other sail, all this at the performance level of the best ones."

Blade Test headline:
"Easy, alive, and terrifically effective."

"The Blade has 9 battens, and the heaviest construction of the group with 70% of x-ply. Its originality is that the recommended mast is a 460 RDM. Easy to rig by hands (not difficult to downhaul), and with serious seam protection pads.
The lightest and the easiest to start with, the 2008 Loft gained some precious horsepower to start the planning. The sail is easier to handle than the others. More nervous for the acceleration, it's the softest and the most elastic sail today. The sail is confortable, light, and easy to use. As a result, we struggle less and save our energy to focus on our trajectory.
The boom is short, and the center of effort is the most forward of the group, which offers good power between the gusts. Light people will really appreciate the general softness of the sail, especially on choppy waters and gusty winds.
The performance competes with those of the best sails of this group. Nevertheless the profile tends to move more in gusty winds, which can cause a nose up of the board. Still, the sail is one of our testers' favorites in gusty/choppy conditions. At last, it's by far the best sail for the jibes. Lighter and handier, the perfect sail for slalom races.

Tester's opinion:
The most fun race sail on the market.
It has a strong “breathing” capacity and transmits a lot of feelings in the hands. Beyond the pleasure to use this sail, it's also a really efficient and complete motor that will give you the best performances when conditions are extreme, for example in choppy waters."
